Where are you?
18708 Hufsmith-Kohrville Rd, Suite 400, in the shopping center with the Texaco at Lacey Rd, near Blackshear Elementary.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Saturday, 9 AM to 2:30 PM. Closed Sunday. The drop box is open 24 hours.
How does the 24-hour drop box work?
Set up your account at the counter and we'll give you a laundry bag with your name on it. Fill it and drop it in the box any time. We check it in when we open.
Do you do same-day?
Yes. In by 9 AM, out by 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
What do shirts and jeans cost?
Shirts from $3.25, heavy starch jeans from $6.25, pants from $5.25 and suit jackets from $8.49. Other items are priced by the garment.
Can you clean FR work clothes?
Yes. Tell us it's flame-resistant and we'll clean it without starch or softener.
Do you clean leather, suede and fur?
Yes. Leather, suede and fur get specialist cleaning that protects the hide and fur, so they take longer than everyday dry cleaning. We'll give you a ready date at drop-off.
What discounts do you have?
A discount for new customers, a discount every visit for veterans, active military, law enforcement and ISD employees, and 3% back in store credit for everyone.
How do I use my 3% credit?
It builds up on your account automatically. Use it on any future order at Sapphire.
What if something is lost or damaged?
We reimburse up to 10 times the cleaning charge for that garment, usually as store credit, unless a higher value was declared at drop-off. Let us know within 48 hours and bring your receipt.
How long do you keep finished orders?
30 days. Please pick up before then.
Are you part of Classic Cleaners?
Yes. Same family. Your clothes are cleaned at the Classic Cleaners plant in Tomball, and our discounts work at all four stores.
